Surf Course Bookings
We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the surf course start date.
Changing your booking or cancellation - Surf Courses
Wave Rider Surf School will make every effort to arrange any changes requested after the booking has been confirmed, providing it is more than 14 days before the arrival date. Changes are subject to surf course availability.
In the case of cancellations more than 14 days before the surf course start date the deposit is non-refundable.
In the case of cancellations less than 14 days before the surf course start date the whole amount is non-refundable.
Surf and Stay and Accommodation only Packages
We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the arrival date. Guests must be 18 years+ to stay at the villa. .

Wave Rider Surf School will make every effort to arrange any changes requested after the booking has been confirmed, providing it is more than 14 days before the arrival date. Changes are subject to course and room availability.
In the case of cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is non-refundable.
In the case of cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date the whole amount is non-refundable.
Whole Villa Bookings
We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 2 months before the arrival date.
Changing your booking or cancellation - Whole Villa Bookings
Wave Rider Surf School will make every effort to arrange any changes requested after the booking has been confirmed. Changes are subject to availability.
In the case of cancellations more than 2 months before the arrival date the deposit is non-refundable.
In the case of cancellations less than 2 months before the arrival date the full amount is non-refundable.
Course Participation, Liability and Other Important Information
The activity of surfing carries with it a degree of risk both to people and property, even if enjoyed under proper supervision by qualified instructors. It is also a strenuous activity that requires those taking part to have a reasonable standard of swimming and fitness. All course members must therefore make us aware of any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies they may have and any prescribed medication they are taking on the booking form at the time of booking. No-one should participate if they have a medical condition such as for example being pregnant. It is down to the participant with a medical condition to check with his or hers Doctor to find out if surfing/surf fitness is within the customers physical and or mental parameters..
All course members must be able to swim at least 50 metres and must in no circumstances be under the influence of any alcohol, drugs or medication at the time of the lesson which may adversely affect their physical abilities. All course members must agree to abide by all instructions and decisions that Wave Rider Surf School and its instructors make in order to secure the safety and comfort of all participants. Course members will have the use of Wave Rider Surf School’s equipment during their lessons. Whereas Wave Rider Surf School takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and good condition of that equipment, course members are responsible for immediately reporting any damage caused to the equipment or which becomes apparent whilst the equipment is in their possession. Wave Rider Surf School does not seek to limit or exclude any liability for personal injury or loss of life which may occur as a result of its own negligence or that of its employees, officers or agents. However Wave Rider Surf School assumes no liability in respect of any personal injury, loss, damage, consequential loss or third party claims which occur through no fault of its own, its employees, officers or agents.
All other liability or conditions implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
Surf conditions
In the rare event that Wave Rider Surf School considers sea/weather conditions to be unsuitable for surf instruction and or the Beach lifeguard service raise the red flag, a credit voucher will be issued. Credit for any lessons owed can be used within one year from the date of the cancelled lesson. Any lessons owed must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. No refunds are issued.
Brochure and website accuracy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of Wave Rider Surf School brochure and website it is intended only as a guide to the services it provides and Wave Rider Surf School is relieved of any liability due to any errors or omissions it may contain, or any minor discrepancies between the brochure or websites content and that service. Prices The prices printed on this website / form are valid at the time of publication. Wave Rider Surf School reserves the right to increase or reduce any of these prices any time after publication. Any changes will be made clear at the time of booking.
